The client fills in an order form. Then, he will receive instructions to :

Send the disk either to New York, USA, or to Geneva, Switzerland. The client is liable for all shipping expenses (to and from), including the eventual customs, administrative, etc, charges.

Send possibly (in case of uncommon file types) ten or more files of similar type. The content of these files shall vary as much as possible (on CD-rom or by upload) in order to profile the scanning.

Within the lapse of one week dated from the receipt of the disk, HolyteK first checks if there is some accessible data on the disk. In the affirmative, using its exclusive data scanning facilities, the company delivers to the client a listing of the files found of the target type. Optionally the client then selects in the listing, the files he wants to be recovered.

Next, HolyteK retrieves the selected files and delivers them to the client. It is not guaranteed that all the delivered files are working and are complete. It may also seldom happen that a file presenting all the characteristics of a complete file has been partially corrupted and that may be even before the main damage.

HolyteK disclaims all responsibility concerning the hardware or the software conditions of the disk. Although the client grants HolyteK to copy the recovered data on adequate media in order to save it and to deliver it to him, the data remains the propriety of the client. HolyteK gets access to the data only in the purpose of recovering and thus can in no way be held responsible for the data nature.
